BHD is a Spanish brand based in Santander that specialises in bathroom products. This NOLUXA collection includes BHD basins, basin sets and toilets.

Depending on the model, the basin can be countertop-mounted, wall-hung or semi-recessed. Check the technical sheet for your model to confirm dimensions, mounting type and clearance for the waste and taps.

This collection includes basins made from ceramic, natural stone and concrete, among other materials. Colours and finishes vary by model. The shade and veining of natural stone can vary from piece to piece.

It depends on the model. If you buy a set, check which parts are included. If you buy a basin separately, check whether it has an overflow and a tap hole before choosing the waste and tap.

Follow the care instructions for your model. For routine cleaning, use a soft cloth and the cleaner BHD recommends for that material. Available care instructions are in the downloads section of each product page on the BHD website.

If the size or weight of your order means it is shipped on a pallet, the carrier will call you to arrange delivery. Pallet orders are delivered kerbside or to the building entrance. Delivery upstairs requires prior agreement. See our shipping policy.

Email info@noluxa.com with your order number and a description of the issue. If damage is visible on delivery, note it on the delivery receipt. Our shipping policy asks you to report damage found on unpacking within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the packaging and product.
